Filter, regulator, lubricator (FRL) assemblies are pre-packaged or modular assemblies of common configurations of air filters, regulators, lubricators, and gauges.  Important specifications to consider when searching for filter, regulator, and lubricator assemblies include regulator type, media, performance specifications, adjustment control, connectors or pipe size, body material, features, and environmental parameters.

Choices for regulator type for filter, regulator, and lubricator assemblies include general purpose, high pressure, low pressure, differential or bias regulator and pressure reducing regulator.  General-purpose regulators are designed for typical industrial use; generally operates only above atmospheric pressure. 

How to Use and Maintain

I.    Before Using, check the Unit to see whether it was damaged during the transportation, and check if the joint part is loose.

II.   Pls paying attention to the direction of airflow and keep the units upright when install..

III.  The Filter Precision add a grade, and flow rate will reduce by about 7%.

IV.  For units with a protective cover, make sure the cover is fixed before using to avoid any danger

V.   When use the regulator or filter with regulator, it is required to adjust the control hand wheel to zero position first. And fixe the pressure gauge and end plug on the corresponding positions of regulator, and to make sure no leakage (position of pressure gauge and end plug can be exchanged), then let air in and adjust to proper pressure.

VI.   When using the lubricator, it is required to adjust the oil quantity valve needle to the zero position and add appropriate oil to the level line first. Then adjust to a proper position after let air in. Paying attention to the brand and grade of the lubricating oil .Never use spindle oil and lubricating oil containing lower ketone or aromatic hydrocarbon.

VII.  If used with metal tubes to connect, take care of removing the metal grains, dusts and oil stains in tubes.
